Where Your
Donation Goes
There are
over 8,179 people in the Region who are experiencing a
progressive dementia, the
most common of which is Alzheimer’s disease. All funds
raised stay in Niagara to support
programs and services that are offered by the Alzheimer
Society of Niagara Region.

$750.00 at their Fall Family Fun Day. Picture here

will be partnering with the Alzheimer Society of

Big thanks to
Chris, Mike And Karen and everyone who attended the
Pig Roast September 3, 2011. They were able to
raise a whopping $2000.00 in support for the
Alzheimer Society Niagara Region.
Chris Chadwick hosted the Pig Roast at his cottage
in Kossuth Recreation Park. He donated and
roasted a 89 lb pig & 2 hips of beef and everyone
brought the side dishes.
They held a 50/50 draw & a raffle as well as took
donations for the Alzheimer's Society in honour of
their Mum who resides in Northwood Pointe nursing
home in Port Colborne.

The
Flora
Broley Memorial Ball Hockey Tournament was held on
Saturday March 12 and Sunday, March 13. The event
which was spearheaded by Laura Broley and The Brock
Leaders Citizenship Society raised
$5,210 for the
Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation.
