Dementia is a
general term that refers to a variety of brain
disorders. Physical changes in the brain can cause
dementia. Alzheimer's diseases is a common form of
dementia.

There are lots
of different ways to get involved. You can
volunteer, advocate, and donate. Our main goal is to
support people with dementia and care partners.
